We undertake E.I.C.R Inspections, Test, Certification, Notification to Local Authority, E.I.C.R Reports & Free Quotations for any Remedial Works that are needed.

Prices quoted are based on a 10 Circuit or less Board and your Certificate of Compliance will be sent electronically. (Paper Copies may be charged extra.)

1 Bedroom Flat = £100 - £200

2 Bedroom Flat = £120 - £170

3 Bedroom Flat = £180 - £230 

1 to 2 Bedroom House = £150 - £200

3 to 4 Bedroom House  = £200 - £250

5 Bedroom House & Above = £300 & Higher
